The location is perfect for exploring Verona with our kids, right by Juliet's balcony. We enjoyed an evening meal at a nearby restaurant with delicious local pasta. The staff was welcoming, and the large, comfortable rooms allowed us to relax after a busy day.
My wife says that air conditioning settings were not explained, making it difficult to adjust.
